National Psychological Journal is available under the open access terms. Following the principles outlined in the Budapest Open Access Initiative https://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/boai-10-translations/russian , which states that free open access to research results increases the global exchange of knowledge, the editors of the journal provide direct open access to all materials immediately after their publication.  Because open access provides the opportunity to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or create links to the full text of articles.

The journal articles available in the public domain under the Creative Commons: Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0)

Under this license, the following actions are permitted:

  • To share (exchange) which includes permission to copy and to distribute material on any medium and in any format;
  • To adapt (create derivative materials) which includes permission to modify the material and to create new materials based on the source.

According to the principles of this Creative Commons, the following conditions are required:

  • "Attribution" which includes citation of the author(s) , the license link, and any changes or alterations to the text that may occur.
  • "Non-Commercial" which presupposes the absence of commercial purposes when using the material.

The authors of the journal are free of charge. Requests for the publication of articles on an expedited basis cannot be accommodated. All materials are available for download online in pdf format upon publication.

Published manuscripts may be used, copied, quoted for non-commercial purposes with the obligatory citation of the author(s)’s name and the source of quotation in accordance with the Code of Ethics (see the relevant ethical statements at https://npsyj.ru/en/about/editorial-ethics/)
