The “National Psychological Journal” is a scientific and analytical publication issued by the Faculty of Psychology of Lomonosov Moscow State University. It has been published in Russian and English language since 2006 in print and electronic (online) versions and continues to provide open access for its readership.

The journal is published four times a year. The issue is published no later than the first day of the last month of the quarter. All full texts of issues since 2006 are available on the journal's website in pdf format. Additionally, most of the articles and journal publications are posted in full within the Scientific Electronic Library (elibrary.ru). Printed issues of the journal are stored within the Publishing House (Printing House) of Moscow State University, in the Fundamental Library of Moscow State University, and other libraries. The data storage policy is aimed at managing the selection, storage and accessibility of the Journal’s archives and includes the following goals: ensuring the compliance of archiving materials with state archiving standards; registering and publishing articles in accordance with professional standards; providing broad access to archived material in alignment with publishing practice.
