СкопироватьАктуальность. Навыки саморегуляции являются наиболее важными для быстрой адаптации к реальности и организации собственной деятельности наиболее успешным способом. Особенно актуальным это становится для подростков.
Цель. Изучение особенностей осознанной саморегуляции и ее взаимосвязей с различными характеристи- ками личности у подростков, занимающихся научной деятельностью.
Описание хода исследования. В исследовании участвовало 78 подростков в возрасте 14–17 лет (Mage = 15, 96; SDage = 1,01), которые обучались в рамках проекта “Большие вызовы” образовательного центра «Сириус» по направлению «Наука» в июле 2021 года. В качестве диагностического инструментария было выбрано несколько методик, направленных на изучение осознанной саморегуляции, уровня стресса, субъективного благополучия и перфекционизма у подростков.
Результаты исследования. Было показано, что уровень осознанной саморегуляции подростков развит лучше, чем уровень их эмоциональной саморегуляции. Также было продемонстрировано, что уровень общей саморегуляции у подростков, вовлеченных в занятия наукой, значимо взаимосвязан с показателями жизнестойкости и Я-адресованного перфекционизма.
c. Проведенное исследование подтвердило значимость изучения особенностей саморегуляции у подростков и выявило необходимость разработки практических рекомендаций для развития у них навыков саморегуляции.
