Abstract

The article presents the essential features of applied psychological research and the characteristics of institutional design as a functional component of the management system. It analyzes the applied aspect of psychoanalytic and humanistic human concepts prerequisite for determining the working model of an individual within an organization. Models of an individual within managerial practice and theories are presented, including a three-component model of the life orientation.
